To illustrate the amazing value for money all our courses and WBL programmes are,
here are a few examples of costs charged to colleges. Please note: As everything
we do is bespoke costs may vary influenced by requirements and student numbers. Costs
can be paid in full or part by students, subsidised in part or paid in full by the
college or funded via various education or course programme grants. All of these
examples are fully inclusive of all services, staff, provided kit, models, locations,
studio time etc as indicated throughout our web site as required for each workshop
or WBL programme. Our charges work out as little as £8 per day per student ! ( based
on 30 students on a bite size ).
All fees here listed and all future ones booked in 2010 are subsidised by Fusion
- Waterside Studio commercial donations. This is why all our UK fees are half the
price they should be to operate. Please contact us for a free 2 hour student presentation
of WBL, specialist portfolio, skills and practises required in industry. No obligation
at all and no costs involved here - all again covered by Fusion - Waterside Studio
education in the work place.
Example 1:
Bite Size day, Designed for new clients who would like to assess the suitability of our service and gauge student feedback for progression to a more comprehensive WBL or workshop to gain a commercially valued portfolio. ( No obligation to book anything after this ). Set up within a college room / hall ( or any location arranged through the college ) with us supplying a skeleton staff of 2/3, and all the photographic equipment required to set a studio up for demonstration and student involvement ( students would be set a task to brief and would take a few shots under supervision with assembled shots burnt to DVD at the end of the day - given to a course leader to distribute accordingly ). All inclusive 9 - 5p.m.
Students and college tutors can evaluate the suitability of our input.

Please note:
If we are supplying minibus transport then a minimum of 10 people per vehicle.
Prices will vary depending on student numbers and discounts for multiple bookings.
All prices after example ONE are per student and will be either invoiced as a total
group to the college with singular payment issued, within 30 days of invoice, ( we
usually do it this way if the college is funding students or external subsidy's
) OR each student pays ‘directly’ - payments collated by a course leader and handed
to us before event date ( usually done if students are paying for themselves ).
No monies will be refunded to any student for days missed out, late arrive for pick
up.
If accommodation is part of a package, refunds are only if at least 5 days before
start date.
Year discount voucher: If a college books us again within 6 months of the first booking
we will offer 10% discount on all prices !!
